WHO CAN ENTER JAMAICA WITH THIS DOCUMENT
All travelers are required to fill out a Jamaica Travel Authorization form within seven (7) days of the intended travel date. If you are a resident of Jamaica please fill out the application form at least 72 hours before your departure date.
Please note that all non-resident travelers who have been in Botswana, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe within 14 days of arrival will be denied entry to Jamaica at this time.
All travelers aged 12 or over, regardless of nationality, are required to present a negative PCR or antigen COVID-19 test result to the airline representative during check-in. The test sample collection must be dated less than 3 days from the date of travel.

If your country requires it, the immigration officers at the airport will ask for your visa. Bear in mind that some nationalities require a paper visa.
