Learn More: Passenger Locator Form
DOCUMENT OVERVIEW
The Greece Passenger Locator Form is a travel document required for all travelers who intend to enter Greece. It will allow the health authorities to monitor the potential spread of COVID-19 in Greece and to track travelers for contact tracing reasons. It does not replace a visa in any way, so you’ll still need one if your nationality requires it.

Please note that as of 14 December, non-resident travelers arriving from South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, Malawi or Zambia are not allowed to enter Greece.
