The Aruba ED Card is a required travel document for all non-residents who wish to visit Aruba. The Aruba ED Card does not replace a visa, so if your nationality needs a visa to travel to Aruba, you need to get that in addition. The Aruba ED Card was created as a measure to protect the public health of residents and non-resident travelers to Aruba amid the coronavirus pandemic.
WHO CAN ENTER ARUBA WITH THIS DOCUMENT
All travelers wishing to enter this country must fill out the Aruba ED Card within 72 hours before arrival in Aruba. Children aged 11 and under are exempt from testing requirements- check the testing FAQ below to find out more.

Do I need a COVID vaccine or vaccination certificate to enter Aruba?
No, you don't. COVID vaccination passports or certificates are not mandatory to enter Aruba.
Accepted vaccines are Pfizer / BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
Travelers who hold an EU Covid Certificate and are not coming from a high-risk country can enter with their proof of vaccination.
You are considered vaccinated if all required doses of a vaccine have been administered at least two weeks before traveling.
Do I need to take a COVID-19 test before traveling to Aruba?
- COVID test prior to arrival- arrivals from very high risk countries: PCR within 24 hours of departure.
- COVID test prior to arrival- arrivals from high risk countries: PCR within 48 hours from the departure date for all travelers aged 12 and over.
